Founded by four MIT graduates, the restaurant is located at 241 Washington Street. It includes the first robotic kitchen in a Boston restaurant. In what its owners call a “never-before-seen robotic kitchen,” fresh vegetables are processed into food bowls mechanically and then served to customers within minutes of the time they place their order.
